DIG TO PLAN
The excavation is laid out from survey stakes and dug to the specified depth and dimensions. We keep the walls clean and the bottom level so your concrete crew can step right in.
PREP THE SUBGRADE
The base is compacted and verified before anything gets poured. Drain tile goes in where needed, and the excavation is prepped for waterproofing and forming.
BACKFILL AND WRAP UP
Once the foundation is poured and cured, we backfill in controlled lifts with proper compaction. The area around your home is graded clean and ready for landscaping.
