site preparation

Before any structure goes up, the site has to be right. Cladline Siteworks provides full residential site preparation including clearing, rough grading, driveway and pad excavation, and soil stabilization. We work with builders, homeowners, and general contractors to get the ground ready for foundations, driveways, and landscaping. Every project starts with a clear scope and ends with a site that’s ready for the next trade to step on.

Residential Site Prep

Why It Matters

A Clean Start Makes the Difference

Cutting corners on site prep leads to drainage issues, settling, and costly fixes down the road. We do it right the first time so your project has a solid base to build on.

Our Process

HOW THE WORK GETS DONE

Good site prep is the difference between a project that goes smoothly and one that hits problems before the first wall goes up. If the ground is not right, everything built on top of it pays the price.

We clear, strip, and grade with the full project in mind. That means proper drainage, stable soil, and a surface that is actually ready for the next step, not just close enough.

Whether you are building new, putting in a pool, or starting a major landscaping project, we get your site squared away so the rest of the work goes according to plan.

let's get your project started.

CLEAR THE LOT

We remove trees, brush, and debris, then strip topsoil and open the site up. Everything that needs to go is handled so there is a clean slate to work with.

GRADE AND SHAPE

The lot is rough graded to establish proper elevations and drainage. We balance cut and fill to keep costs down and the site stable.

READY FOR CONSTRUCTION

When we are done, the ground is compacted, graded to plan, and ready for your builder or contractor to step in and start work.
